Introducing Lenna Glade – Our New Vice President Academic

Posted in Maple Bear Global on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018

We are thrilled to announce that Lenna Glade has become Vice President Academic of Maple Bear Global Schools, effective June 1, 2018.

Lenna has been an educator for over 40 years and has been with Maple Bear for the past 6 years. Lenna brings a lifetime of experience with Canadian education to the position. She has also worked extensively with Maple Bear as the Academic Director of Maple Bear Brazil, a key trainer and support person for our operations in Asia and been part of the planning and development of the Maple Bear curriculum.

Lenna shares with us her enthusiasm about working with the people at Maple Bear and the importance of quality in education.

How does she feel about taking on this demanding job?

“It will be a very challenging and a very exciting opportunity for me and I hope that I’m able to provide some good leadership,” says Lenna.

We look forward to working together with Lenna to continue to build, evolve, and improve the Maple Bear education system.

Gerald Macleod, as shareholder and Director and Chair of the Academic Committee of Maple Bear Global Schools, will remain actively engaged in the strategic direction of Maple Bear.
